In collaboration with the management team, I developed Rancho Santana's new yoga service offering. This process included market research, pricing, information architecture, content creation, branding, and visual design.
The roads in Nicaragua are poorly marked, or not marked at all. This lack of signage makes driving directions very difficult and often results in a negative experience for new customers at Rancho Santana. I proposed and designed a visual driving directions packet that was delivered to customers prior to their arrival. This was later expanded into offering directions to neighboring tourist sites.
