Peet's Coffee is a San Francisco Bay Area coffee roaster and retailer. Peet's, like many food industry retailers, was looking to improve customer loyalty and experience through offering a native app that allowed customers to earn points, order ahead and skip wait lines, and load a digital store card for quick payment.
I was the Lead UX Designer and Lead UI Designer for this project. I was involved in the project from inception to launch - working to refine scope, review business requirements, develop the IA & sitemap, pitch concepts to stakeholders, conduct research and usability tests, annotate UX wireframes and flows, develop the design system and building blocks for UI, and working with QA and Development to log bugs and provide creative direction.
